Genesys partners and resellers can receive access to Mobile Office free of charge for 5 concurrent users for demo, pre-sales and testing purposes. Please complete this form to request your free demo organization as a partner.
What type of Genesys licenses do you support?
Mobile Office works with all type of Genesys licenses. Based on your underlying licenses, you’ll need one or two of our Mobile Office products in AppFoundry:
– Mobile Office (Genesys CX 1-3, Metered)
– Mobile Office for Communicate (Genesys Communicate)
Can I use Genesys Desktop and Mobile Office at the same time?
Yes, we use the exact same API’s as Genesys Cloud Desktop so everything is constantly in sync. You can be logged in to both devices and both will ring when there is an incoming interaction.
